Gensler Selected as Lead Architect of Tennessee`s Largest Master Planned Community Mantria Place

Gensler will define the architectural design platform for the residential and
public buildings and create an identity for the 10 neighborhoods and 24 public
buildings including a village center, boutique hotel and golf course clubhouse.

to have Gensler specifically tasked with developing the architectural vision for
Mantria Place," states Troy Wragg, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mantria

Gensler`s team is led by Jordan Goldstein, AIA, LEED AP, Managing Director at
the firm`s DC office. David Epstein, AIA, LEED AP will act as Design Leader and
Susan Cunningham, LEED AP, will serve as Director of Sustainability. Kevin
Wolcott, AIA, LEED AP will serve as Project Manager and oversee day-to-day
design initiatives.
