Corporate experience a plus in a trend setting environment. Opportunity to travel opening new venues if desired.

| Job Requirement: |
| Looking for strong experience and a track record of success with up-scale/fine dining Restaurants as the General Manager minimum of 2 years. Demonstrated ability to make an impact by increasing sales through operations, marketing and service excellence. Must have four/five star/Zaget Fine Dining restaurant Manager experience with a high profile, high volume establishment ($5 million plus in annual sales). Strong front of the house management & exceptional Guest Service standards. Must have strong financials/operations (leadership) experience and be marketing savvy. Corporate background with entrepr. spirit. Be self-motivated, strong integrity, a team player and think outside the box. Prefer union house (HR) and opening experience. Must be in the USA. |
