| Nationally renowned 55 plus Active Adult Master Planned Community close to Tampa/Sarasota, Florida is looking for a Manager for one of their Clubhouses. This gated community has over 16,000 residences with several golf courses, pools and clubhouses. Manage all aspects of the clubhouse including business plan. Provide vision and leadership. Ensure high quality product and service while maintaining budget. Build and enhance relationships within community in a professional positive manner. Opportunity for growth with management company! They see this position overseeing 2 clubs down the road. |
| Job Requirement: |
Strong track record of success in a country club setting as a Clubhouse Manager (5+ years) of which 3+ years with F& B. Computer savvy!! Prefer experience in a master planned community environment.
Prefer local candidates in Tampa or Sarasota Florida.
