Restaurant Assistant General Manager position for an up-scale high volume Restaurant in Las Vegas. This Hospitality Company owns multiple fine dining concepts in the high end casinos. They have big plans to continue growing in the US and Dubai with both restaurants and hotels. Multiple opportunities for growth.
We are also looking for a GM's and Restaurant Managers for multiple restaurants. |
| Job Requirement: |
Looking for strong restaurant management experience (5+ years) and a track record of success with an up-scale or fine dining restaurant of which, 2+ years as a AGM. Over see the entire operation. Demonstrated ability to make an impact on service and consistancy....taking the restaurant to the next level. Must have high volume background with an establishment ($5 million plus in annual sales). Hire, manage and coach/train staff. Must have strong track record of success with financials/operations and guest service experience. Entrepreneurial background and spirit. Be hands-on, self-motivated, out-going, a team player and open to new experiences and think outside the box. Prefer opening experience.
